The weekend began with a trip to Scovill Zoo in Decatur with our friends Tina, Evie, and Evan. We fit three adults and four children in our van with just a little bit of work to fit the car seats in. The kids did a great job both ways! Aaron was getting pretty hungry and tired on the way there! The kids were SO excited! We saw animals, ate corndogs, rode the carousel, and finally took a trip on the little train. We ended the afternoon at the wooden park right next to the zoo. John Michael and Evie had a great time running around. I sat and chatted with John and Tina when I wasn't afraid Aaron had run off. Aaron is SO fast! It was a very pleasant day!
